Our Ladies Winter Retreat is approaching….

On November 10-12 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee we will host our 16th Annual Ladies Winter Retreat.  We have been pleased to be in the Smoky Mountain Convention Center each year and have a group rate of $66 per night at the Ramada Inn that is next door to the Convention Center.  You can now make your room reservations by calling 1-800-523-3919 and mentioning He Died for Me Ministries for the special rate.  This room is 2 queen beds for up to 4 people per room.  There are also king beds and 3 queen and 4 queen rooms available at a different price.  This block of rooms will be held for us until October 10th.  Until that time, we have the entire motel blocked off and our goal is to fill the motel with our ladies!

The registration fee for the Retreat is the same this year.  Early Registration is $30 until October 1.  After that time, registration becomes $40 and $50 at the door.  Because we are preparing you a plated Thanksgiving lunch on Friday, we cannot guarantee your meal if you register at the door.  Please make your plans early and pre-register!  You can register online through this site by going to the Calendar page drop down menu and click on 2016 Ladies Winter Retreat.  There you will find a registration form and a link to our paypal account.

The services are Thursday 7:30PM, Friday 10AM (lunch following) & Friday 7:30PM, Saturday 10AM.  The Ferree Girls will be doing praise and worship again this year.  I will be speaking but we will have others take part as every year.  Dallas Vines always brings a word for the ladies and Mary Sue Gaddis is a highlight on our Saturday morning service!

We have prepared gifts for after service….door prizes that will be given away with a drawing from your registration forms.  If you would like to bring a gift, we will have a gift exchange (bring a gift, get a gift) after each service.  We have also prepared gifts for children 10 and under.  If you are bringing a child 10 or under please notify us when registering with their first name and age.  This year we will also have a special table set up for teens 11-17 so we can keep their gifts more age appropriate.  When your teen’s name is called, she will choose from her own table!

If this is your first year, you are going to love a weekend in the Smokies in the presence of the Lord.  The power of God is always present in these meetings!  You will come in one way….and leave another way….changed in the presence of the Lord!  So make your plans now to join us this year!
