2020 vision is here!!!

We have entered into a new year and a new season! One of my favorite verses is taken from Deuteronomy 11:11-12.
“But the land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinketh water of the rain of heaven: A land which the Lord thy God careth for; the eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.”

So it is in our own life. We are on the horizon of a new year that will be filled with hills and valleys. 2019 showed us very high highs and very low lows. However His eyes were upon us from the beginning of the year to the end of the year and we enter 2020 ready to walk with Him through every season that presents itself. He cares for us and we are always held safe in His hand.

Our meetings this year have already been a foretaste of the great things He has in store for us this year. Every service has it’s own visitation and we leave changed from the touch of His hand. I expect with great anticipation for it to increase as the year continues.

We have several exciting things already planned for this year! February 21 and 22 will be our 3rd Annual Florida Ladies Retreat in Sebring. We gather at The Ministry Center, 8475 Sparta Road at 6:30pm on Friday and back again at 10:30am on Saturday. I invite all our Florida ladies to make your plans now to join us. There are several motels in the area…Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn, Inn on the Lakes, LaQuinta Inn, Sebring Inn and Tru by Hilton. March 26-28 will be our 19th Annual Spring Family Retreat in Pigeon Forge TN. This is open to the entire family and there is no registration fee. We will have musicians come from several different states playing together and singers from many areas join us in song along with Ronnie and myself. You will not want to miss this meeting! The rooms are $74 per night at the Evergreen Lodge which joins the parking lot with the Evergreen Convention Center (formerly Smoky Mountain Convention Center). Make your reservations by calling 1-865-453-1823 and ask for He Died for Me Ministries group rate. This is always a special time in the Lord. I look forward to seeing you this year!

Then ladies, our 20th Anniversary Ladies Retreat will be November 12-14. If you have been to any of our Ladies Retreats, I personally invite you to join us for our 20th year celebration! I would love to see some of you that have not been able to attend in the last few years or perhaps you were at our first year in 2000. What a great reunion this is going to be!

We are preparing a slide show of all the past Retreats from 2000 to 2019. If you have pictures that we may not have seen, please contact me on fb or by email. Also, if you have all the bookmarks, we do not have the theme from a couple years. I would love to hear from you.

Ladies are already registering and booking their rooms. The Evergreen will fill up quickly so I encourage you to call 1-865-453-1823 or call Nikki at group sales at 1-865-740-6612 and mention HDFM to get your room for $77 for 2 queen beds and up to 4 women per room. There are other rooms with 3 queen beds and 4 queen beds if you would prefer a larger room. There is a block of rooms being held at the Creekstone and River’s Landing which overlooks the Pigeon River with balconies. You can reserve these rooms by calling 1-800-523-3919 and mention HDFM group rate.

Registration is still $30 until October 1 and after that date it will become $40 including at the door. Registration fee is non refundable. Children 12 and under are free. We do have small gifts prepared for the children so we will need their first name and age to assure us we have prepared enough for them.
