Campmeeting is over…

Sunday, July 4th, 2010

Campmeeting is over…but what a Campmeeting!  We had 5 or 6 saved…several healings take place and 46 filled with the Holy Ghost.  Night after night any where from 5,6,9 or 16 was receiving the Holy Ghost the same night…youth, middle aged…older individuals…no age limit…just sovereign move of God.

His wind began to blow and we just following the Lamb!  We were never quite sure when it would happen, which song, which testimony, what time….but were sure He would come!  Surely each night He passed through the tent and moved upon His children!

We are so very thankful for His favor…His move…for this great outpouring in our best Campmeeting ever!  Thank you Jesus!

The fellowship of the body of Christ is so sweet… We have enjoyed having friends come in from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Delaware and Pennsylvania. We have had great singing, worship, preaching, praying….what else can I say but thank you Jesus!

Campmeeting a great success!

This year’s Winter Campmeeting with the Bible Church in Johnson City, TN was exactly that…winter!  We had a snow storm on Friday and Saturday that made the crowd a little smaller (not much) but with no hamper on the anointing.  If anything, those who tried so hard to get here received such a touch of the Lord.  His presence was amazing…we had deaf ears opened, deliverance from depression, refreshing, refilling, rededicating…old time Holy Ghost outpouring…rejoicing, singing, preaching…true campmeeting services!

The ladies of Bible Church fed everyone after the morning meetings and everything was delicious…homemade chicken salad, homemade soups, cakes, baked spaghetti and salad…did I say delicious!  They surely have a servant’s heart.

We would like to thank everyone at the Bible Church for their hospitality and open door.  Also a word of thanks to all the pastors and friends that traveled so far to be a part of the campmeeting.  It takes all of us together to bring about such a great meeting.  Thank you and hope to see you again real soon.

South Carolina Campmeeting!

Saturday, December 12th, 2009

We are at the end of our South Carolina Campmeeting in Langley at the Full Gospel Redemption Center.  We are having such great meetings, such wonderful fellowship and His presence goes without words to describe.

The first morning service Thursday we had a sister from the local church receive a healing in her deaf ear instantly and another sister tonight that had suffered with static in her ear for 3 years healed during altar service.  God has been so gracious to us this week!  It has been so refreshing to see the touch of God come to His people.  We have surely come in one way and left another way!

The women of Redemption Center have served us a wonderful meal twice a day…after morning and evening services.  They have a real servant’s heart and it has been evident this week.  We want to thank all the women that worked so hard to take care of all the people coming to the Campmeeting.

One more day…still not too late to join us Saturday 10:00AM, Langley Christmas parade at 3:00PM, then last service at 7:30PM tomorrow night.  Hope to see you here!

Campmeeting comes to a close…

Sunday, October 18th, 2009

We have just ended our 5th Fall Campmeeting.  We want to thank all the pastors and evangelists, singers, musicians and friends that came to help us have such a wonderful campmeeting.  Thank you to the ladies of Victory Temple Church for feeding us such a wonderful meal each day and thank you to the wonderful pastor, Sister Austin, for being such a gracious host to all the visitors from out of town.  We so appreciate the Temples from Louisiana coming to help with music, the Testers from Elizabethton, TN, the Hooks from Alabama, the Sisums from Georgia and the Wades from Alabama.  Each minister brought such an on-time word for the people.   Each singer and musician brought an anointed, heart felt song to touch our hearts.  We so appreciate our friends from Memphis, old friends from Georgia transplanted to TN, all our local friends from previous years and to all the new friends we have just met this year.  Thank you for making this Campmeeting such a wonderful success!

We always look forward to our campmeetings throughout the year…it is such a reunion, refreshing, refilling time.  We are thankful for the reports of several healings that took place during the meetings and many lives changed from a season of darkness into great light!  God has been so good to us again this year.

We want to be so thankful for all He did this week!  We look forward to seeing you at our South Carolina Campmeeting in December in Langley, SC.

Campmeeting is up and running!

Friday, October 16th, 2009

We are in day number 3 of our Fall Campmeeting and God is moving in such a great way!  There is a special presence of the Lord in these meetings and this year is no different.  There has been such deliverance in the meetings…my heart is stirred for what God has in store for us!  Then it is always so refreshing to meet together with our friends from all over Tennessee, Alabama and Louisiana.  If you are near this area (30 miles below Jackson), you will want to be a part of this Fall Campmeeting.  See our Campmeeting page for all the details!

Georgia Campmeeting is up and running!

Friday, September 4th, 2009

We had our first evening and first morning service at our Georgia Campmeeting with host Pastor William Sisum in Blairsville, Georgia. We have had 2 excellent meetings so far and are so excited to see what the Lord has in store for the rest of the week.

It has been especially exciting for me as I have seen old friends that I have not been in meetings with for the last 18 years. It is refreshing to see your old friends still going on strong for Jesus. We have pastors here already from Kannapolis, North Carolina…Ellijay, Georgia…Cashiers, North Carolina and we are receiving calls of others coming in from Dawsonville and Bakersville, North Carolina.

The presence of the Lord was so refreshing this morning we walked into the meeting one way and walked out another way…touched by the hand of our never-failing God. His Word is powerful and revealing our hearts. We are being broken in His presence and remolded by the hands of that Great Potter!

I hope you have made plans to join us this weekend in these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! We have 2 services daily through Saturday night. Best Western has given us a special rate of $62 until weekend and then $72. The women of the church are preparing a meal for everyone after the evening service and it was delicious last night. I expect nothing different tonite. Great food, great fellowship, great presence. See you tonite!
